Theoretical research on the construction of innovative party organizations in colleges and universities is conducted in this paper. The construction of a learning-oriented party organization in colleges and universities can only vigorously promote cultural inheritance and innovation, and realize the quality of talent training and school-running level. The party's grass-roots organization is the basis for all the party's work and combat effectiveness in colleges and universities.
