Marine economy is one of the important strategic directions of national development. In recent years, the high-quality development of my country's marine economy has made remarkable achievements, but at the same time it is also facing many problems. This paper takes the high-quality development of Xianghai economy as the research object, analyzes its development status and existing problems, and proposes corresponding solutions. Specifically, this paper discusses issues such as the development and utilization of marine resources, environmental protection, and industrial upgrading, and puts forward suggestions such as strengthening scientific and technological innovation, strengthening industrial cooperation, and promoting the construction of marine law, in order to provide reference for the high-quality development of my country's seaward economy.
