The dynamic transmission and transformation of text value under the influence of multi-system factors outside the text is the premise and basic feature of system reconstruction. The author tries to use psychological sitcoms to explore a participatory, experiential, and situational mental health education method, and guide students to discover, analyze and solve psychological problems by themselves, so as to know themselves, understand others, gain self-growth, and promote health. For the development of body and mind, use genetic algorithm to design paragraph retrieval algorithm, use the search algorithm of philosophical text to query the feature extraction of mental health of college students, and then use the index algorithm to carry out text modeling and philosophical development.
