Digital technology is currently playing a huge role in various fields and industries and occupies an important position in the development of human society. In the era of knowledge economy, emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and big data have become the core force driving the high-quality development of enterprises and have played an important role in the process of enterprise transformation and upgrading. In enterprise human resource management, the application of digital technology has created a good opportunity for the transformation of human resource management and has gradually become the key to improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, there are still many practical difficulties that make it difficult to obtain the desired effect. This paper proposes that the digital transformation of human resource management should be combined with the actual basis of the enterprise itself. It is necessary to make full use of the basic elements and determine the appropriate transformation model and implementation path based on the basic logic, to provide strong support for the systemic transformation of the enterprise.
