This paper builds an ecosystem of smart scientific research under the smart education system, and proposes a closed-loop model for smart perception, processing, analysis, evaluation, and push of smart scientific research, to help the development and progress of scientific research. It also discusses the basic requirements of the smart scientific research ecosystem for management talents. With the help of the Python language, this paper designs and implements a distributed log system that can be deployed only based on the Python built-in library.
