This study examines the influence of teacher self-efficacy on improving the quality of higher education and teaching. The research highlights the importance of teacher self-efficacy in improving teaching effectiveness, student engagement, and overall educational outcomes. Through a comprehensive review of current literature and empirical data, this paper examines various strategies for enhancing teacher self-efficacy, such as professional development programs, supportive work environments, and collaborative learning communities. The findings suggest that fostering high levels of teacher self-efficacy can lead to significant improvements in the quality of higher education, ultimately contributing to the development of a highly skilled technical workforce.
